Before You Arrive
Check-In
Sundays, 2:30-4:30pm
If you need a later time, just let us know by email! If you need an earlier time (for dates other than 6/25), please email!
Where to Go
26 Chase Road, Thompson, CT, 06277. Staff will be stationed from the main entry all throughout campus to help guide your way to check-in and the dorms!
What to Bring In
At check-in, please bring to the registration setup any medications for your camper, any forms you haven't yet submitted, and any device they'd like to leave at camp. If you'd like to leave cash for them to use at the camp store during the week in our safe, you may bring that over as well! You can leave all luggage in the car for registration check in; once you're all good with us, then you will loop around to the dorm and help your camper unpack there.
At the Dorms
Staff will be there to help every step of the way. We are hoping to keep traffic flowing smoothly so kids can settle in; please allow us to help in any way we can.

Reminders About Calls
1. Counselors are instructed not to speak to a parent on a child's phone in the dorm, even if they are homesick. This request is from the directors team! Counselors have many children to oversee and we are often fortunate enough to know more "big picture" info than any one staff member. If your child has a need or concern you'd like to share with staff, please call the camp phone (numbers above)! Reviewing the linked parent page of our website helps equip you to support your child, too!
2. Simultaneously, please note that if you call the camp phone, Cody may not be the one to answer! Our office manager as well as the directors team are ready and willing to chat. If you must speak to Cody specifically, he will return your call as promptly as possible.
Pickups
Sundays 11:00am-12:00pm; 1:00-2:00pm
If you need an earlier or later pickup, please let us know. Note that campers leaving later than 3:00pm will still need to vacate their room during the morning "pack and clean" time so we may prepare for new faces!
Transportation
The planned route for NYC pickups at Grand Central Station is:
Van departs campus 10:00am
Crew catches the 12:15pm train
Train arrives to GCS at 2:16pm
Camper exchange near the clock - look for staff in CSW berry-colored shirts!
Crew catches the 2:34pm train
Train arrives to New Haven at 4:39pm
Van returns to campus around 6:40pm with a stop for food along the way
See you all SOON!
